Working with the SalesXpert Configurator
SalesXpert is a configuration application that enables you to create multivendor-based networking and data center-based solutions. Accessing your organization’s centralized project repository, SalesXpert enables you to collaborate with your peers to efficiently and accurately build comprehensive end-customer proposals.
The SalesXpert configuration experience enables you to add your own organization’s products and services to these proposals, provided they’ve been added as content to the Netformx KnowledgeBase via KnowledgeXpert.
Following a simple SalesXpert workflow, you can select products from a variety of manufacturers, configure them accurately, and create a dynamic Bill of Materials (BoM) that updates automatically in real-time as you make changes.
SalesXpert provides a simplified and consistent multivendor configuration experience with automatic validation and error correction of projects based on stored complex configuration rules maintained by KnowledgeXpert. The resulting configurations can better meet your customer’s needs and can be created and deployed rapidly and accurately, thus increasing customer satisfaction.
